Homework
NEW RELEASES • 1m 5s
Whether you're in one of my classes or working with me online, the key to success is consistent practice. My generic homework for any technique I teach you is simple. Start with one repetition a day and continue until it becomes easy. Then move on to three repetitions a day, never exceeding three. If you find that you're really good at it, try doing it in the dark. This will help you improve your night vision skills. Remember, training is a marathon, not a sprint. Don't burn yourself out by doing too much too soon. One repetition a day until you get the hang of it, then three. And when you're ready, take it to the next level and try it in the dark. Good luck and happy training!"
